    Default Help with BetRoyal

    Hi all!

    I am an italian boy and this is my first post. I don't know if I am writing in the right place of the forum, if I am wrong, I kindly ask to the moderators to move it in the right place. Thanx!!

    I am writing here under advice of a senior member of bettingadvice's forum, to tell what is happening to me with this book. Here are the fact (I paste-copy from my post in bettingadvice):
    On October 10th/12th ca. I asked for a withdrawal of the sum of 450 Euro by **. That's why they told me the maximal amount requestable by this method is 450 euro. On October 17th they decreased my account for 476 Euro, 415 euro for the withdrawal (from Nicaragua, so is written in my account) and 61 euro for the fees. I tried every day since October 18th by chat and e-mails to ask the code i need to take my money in a ** window here in Italy. Every day they tell me the code is surely ready tomorrow, but I never had it yet. Worry for this delay and for the rest of my money, I asked a second withdrawal for the rest of the sum that I have in the account, 3121 euro, by bank transfer, but I never had a written confirmation of the received request, only one time by chat they told me they received a request (I sent three times this request, and two of that directly to a supervisor, Marcos), and obviously the money is still available in my account.

    At this point, what i have to do? I am really afraid I never will see my money back, I thought they are one of the biggest bookmaker in the world, but I think they are really poor now. I only hope this Odissey will have a positive end, but I understood they don't hear me. They ignore me. Please someone help me!!!


    Today is november 14th and I still waiting for a reply from BetRoyal's Staff. I will inform you if something unlock this situation, and I hope it will never happen to no one else to remain all this time in a pending situation like that.

    Send an email to assistance@sportsbookreview.com . GIve us your name and accoutn number and we'll contact royal and find out what is going on. I wouldn't worry too much. You should get paid. You might want to cinsider opening a neteller account. It would likely speed up the process of getitng paid and reduce the fees you might get charged.

    They're not the biggest bookmaker in the world but are one of the biggest slow-payers out there. Bad choice playing there, good choice finding SBR. Best of luck.

    I've always thought Bill Dozer was the best terminal for the resolution of problems or conflicts in reference to sportsbooks but that a lot of gamblers might not know this. The addition of a forum in SBR gives the player a better access to mediation and helps spread the word.

    I have not had the opportunity to speak to Royal about this but they did leave a voice mail saying that it was taken care of. This forum and Royal's Richard J are responsible for today's payout.
