    Default Mansion looks DEAD !

I'm thinking about G Mason ML, Pinny has +172, Greek at +180.

I figure see what Mansion has for the Hell of it. They have no CBB.

I look at a random NBA game. There is almost nothing available at any price !

Plenty on the soccer/rugby markets etc, but they seem to be not caring about American Sports, which is fair enough.

I'll see if they improve for MLB, but otherwise only playing non-US stuff there.

I think they will be garbage for baseball.

Wouldn't NBA be more likely to bet by non-Americans than MLB ?

MLB gets more TV coverage in the UK than NBA. About 15 MLB games a week vs 1-2 NBA. Not sure about the rest of Europe.

I just saw a Mansion Poker tv commercial on I think one of the ESPN's.

Too bad for the players. This could have been a Pinny II without all the legal bs.

They still sponsor one of the poker programs on Fox sportsnet. The only reason I know that is, because I see those damn commercials on there all the time John.

Mansion started strong. Who would of thought they would come down to this.

Maybe we'll have some luck for the upcoming (this) baseball season.

Mansion seems to be the only "exchange" that has readily existing odds that you can bet on. In short, they are still more of a sportsbook in my opinion. The back & lay sides (amounts) are exactly the same in the beginning. This is actually an advantage to the customers.

Versus.... for example Betdaq or Matchbook wherein you have to wait for the "other side" to match your bet or to have someone create some volume.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Mansion got stiffed big time by the US changes, they thought they had spotted an area in the exchange market not covered well on betfair (because of the no American rule) and started seeding Yank sports on the exchange, 0% commission 1.98 lines with £25K on both sides, then at the start of the egg chasing season they did that huge refund offer. They did state that the traders would stop seeding the exchange after the legislature had changed as it was costing them money.

They are still seeding as usual but for lesser amounts and with a wider spread, and unfortunately they have closed the college markets. But saying RIP mansion is just stupid.
