I think many here feel they are...........


My personal belief is that their B+ rating is spot on at the current time considering their longevity in the business.

I think their adolescence has them there..You cant be a new kid on the block and be a top dog..I assume part of the ratings are based on track record..they keep it up a while longer and they got me

Been going like Nicky there, destroyed for months but now back above the breakeven mark.

They have treated my like a king at BetPhoenix.........

The ONLY thing keeping them at B+ is time in business...........but I have to tell you, I like what I see so far. Customer Service is up there with The Greek. I don't love their website compared to the simplicity of Greek- but I can deal with it.

My question is do they lower limits etc. Greek welcomes the sharp action and I have NEVER heard of them lowering limits or shying away from business.

Phoenix is off to a great start and I can see them moving to A/A+ in the very near future.

Now that's treated like a king.. i deserve it and richie now adores me.. i'm down so much at that place that they probably renovated that whole place and gave everyone a raise, and i paid for all that...

I can't win there if my life depended on it.. I think Jimmy The Greek must be making the lines there cause they are unbeatable..at least phoenix is now safe and well funded, thanks to me.

I'd say B+ is accurate at this time. I don't sign up at many "new" books anymore, so they were a rare addition for me some months back and I'm quite impressed. I've lost every single cent I have ever deposited there, so I'm sure they're impressed with me as well.....

Me too, mainly because I wagered my entire balance with my bonus on a single play that lost a few times.

It's true I've never cashed out at betPhoenix but its not like I've made many deposits altogether, I think I've deposited a half dozen times and am down about $1800.

My opinion is "B". Honest betting office, good offers, good odds, fast payouts, but their email support sucks...check other SBR forum about this.

I have never had a problem with them and I give them a good rating. I did have a little problem with their new software but that is corrected since then. I haven't had a cash out as of yet and when I do I hope that there is no problems. I sure like the Customer Service so far.

Just curious...which A+ book does Phoenix share ownership in? I love betphoenix so far...and I'm difficult to please. Have only used greek and matchbook in the past. My only wish is that you did book to book transfers with the greek....not doing book to book transfers with the greek is like a restaurant not accepting ************.

If you check back a little more in my posts, you can see that I praised BP a few months ago, as they were very helpful with a friend...still, email support is a very important factor, as I, for example cannot access live chat from my working place....

We did some tech changes that affected emails for a few days due to exchange policy, and also memory size for the server. I will take that one on the chin as my fault. Has it been ok recently?

We share a main principal with DSI, which is no Industry secret.

There is a book on here right now that bought itself an A- rating and never earned it at all. Everyyone knows who that is. They have since been shipped down to where they always belonged, B-

Everyone knows I am not a shill. Only a few books will treat me kind. Richard and Phoenix, from day one, has been a class act. Not many books take the short end of the stick to bolster their image. Phoenix has done this consistently.

Once they had their Neteller issue worked out--they should have been raised to an A- then. SBR is aware of the deep pockets behind Phoenix.

One year from now will be A+. I am drooling over being able to play at an exchange run by these folks.

I play with bphoenix sister sports-1 and have been loven it but i have to say B is the right rating
