I don't understand the need for the debit card really, EFT transfers back to your bank account usually hit the next business day.

With all these headaches with the debt card, I dont think I will be getting one from them. Never crossed my mine to get one, but this just seals it for me.

Good choice. Their fees are high and you also have to go through the hassle of putting funds on your card.

You have to mail them to get the missing 1.9% back thou, its a bit of a hassle. But if you do it, you only pay those 2 dollars.

Try FSV directly. This is the service Neteller uses. I haven't tried to log in this way since Neteller added access to the balances.

I used to love the debit card. It's no secret that Neteller rapes the impulse bettor but if you take advantage of the basic services it doesn't get much better.

Hi, I did not know about getting 1.9% back. Lets say when I withdraw from my neteller balance to debit card and look at my debit card balance I see that I have only 960 when I withdraw 1000. It s more then 1.9% actually. But they say 1.9% is exchange commission. Can we get this back and what do we write in the mail to get it back and which email address we send to. Thanks a lot. Please inform me in detail. Thanks
