SBR Advice - Serious Only
All,
I won't go into much detail, other than to say I am on a run of a lifetime. Doesn't matter what I play over the past 4 days, everything hits including a big day today at the Breeders Cup.
I have run up a balance at Bookmaker of $40,000 and at 5Dimes at $42,000.
I believe my money is safe at both of these shops, but my question is how do I get this money out ASAP.
I would like to get $50,000 out, but I don't want to wait weeks upon weeks and getting $3000 checks would not only take a long time, but it could raise flags with my bank, etc.
This is so much fun; however it's very stressful at the same time.
So my questions are this:
Is my money safe?
How do I get the max out ASAP?

you don't get the max out at any time. Have 5 dimes courier you checks. I think the max is 4K. Space them out or God.... (Tony) will close your account for stealing his money.

 Congratualtions sir, just don't spend it all and be sure of cashing a big chunk of the money out, I'd suggest little by little if you don't feel comfortable with your bank receiving a big wire. Keep at it sir.

You dont have to worry about the IRS, unless you plan on not paying taxes on the money.
My advise of a wire was under the assumption, that taxes would be paid on the winnings.

Personally I would do as many book to book transfers as I could. Spread it around among the books unless you need the money now.

This is true but I would take out what I NEED now and spread the rest among A books. Rollovers have never been much problem for myself.
I would also definitely ban myself from all their casinos.Looks like he won a bunch of it there so it would be easy to lose it all back.

I did win some in the casino. It was weird, I won like 7 of my first 10 hands, so I kept playing with "house money" and like I said, I couldn't loose.

I would recommend flying to Costa Rica and getting the money out in cash from them. Then open a bank account there and every 3 months fly there and bring back to the US $10,000 which is the maximum you are allowed to carry overseas. In this way you also get a vacation out of it at a tropical paradise.

Anything over 10k either cash out or deposit requires a currency exchange form from the IRS. Anything less than 5k pretty much gets to fly under the radar. If you don't mind paying taxes on it then a wire would work, as long as it is before Dec. 1 when banks have to comply with the UIGEA. Otherwise you are stuck cashing 3k checks at a time. Your money is safe, you just won't get it quickly.

Congrats on the big wins! If you intend on betting on sports I would second the advise already given that you could transfer a bit to different bookies. Some bookies may require a higher rollover than others, so do some research before you sending anywhere. But if you are going to wager any way (and not using crazy stakes/chase system) you should get through any rollover easy.

fear the reaper. remember big brother is always watching. and live everyday like it is borrowed time. live by this advice and all should go well. oh, and don't F with the IRS. Thats the other thing. wire and claim it all on your taxes. then throw a big party and pay for it with your winnings so you have a story to tell the rest of your days.
