I ask myself the same question. I think they are for sure a top 15 team. But I think it is one of those years in which there is a lot of mediocrity. So some good teams are higher in the rankings than they would be in other years.

Although I agree with Shortstop, they are the best team in PA.

I wish Pitt and Penn State would play each other again every year. One of the best rivalries in college football died several years ago.

Texas, Alabama, and Florida are the top 3 teams. There are probably about a dozen teams that are interchangeable when filling out spots 4 -10.
