    Default Moneyline, in reference to a Sportsbook..?

    Why do some books have the Handicap Lines available, but delay in having the Moneylines.

    they test the line on spreads first, because they lose some money on openers, so why lose it twice? ML and spread are correlated, so after spread is sharpened, they can set ML and be quite sure about it
