Hey Guys!

Is anyone else experiencing payment delays from Wsex?

I have just submitted a Neteller withdrawal yesterday morning and I was told that it would be processed by the afternoon.

The payment wasn't processed and I have contacted them this morning when I was told that my payment had been cancelled for some unknown reason and I need to resubmit the request which I have done so in the morning.

Now, I was looking to contact them via chat to see when my withdrawal would be approximately processed but they just keep ignoring me and not responding to my request.

I know this may be nothing unusual but I am wondering if anyone else had been experiencing something similar?

when will SBR down-grade WSEX ? not doing so is making SBR look bad

Got my payment this afternoon.

According to them, they were just having some Neteller issues.

they have more than issues. I've been trying for over a week to get a check from them. I can't even get the funds deducted from my account much less the next step (getting a check).

I was about to deposit to Matchbook and hoping to get the low juice games comparing to Heritage/Bejam/Greek -110 full juice.

Thought to myself, I don't think I will be getting pay by these chumps for another 30days or more.
I skipped Matchbook and went to deposit to 5dimes waiting for Marc 1st -105 deal.

Yes, others have had delays too. You can write us and we will look into it for you.

I hear ya Sam. But as I mentioned in the other thread we dont want to make every A+ book a C- book one week and back to an A+ the next when their processing is working. I think we have had ample warnings that all books are having problems processing payments.

Wow so you had to wait 48 hours for you payment because of some neteller issues. That is really an insolence. WSEX should be immediatley downgraded to D at least!

I hope never, Wsex is top class.
These are not easy times for the books either, and people that cant relax a bit should just quit for now instead of jumping the gun on every little fart.

Requested 3.5k neteller wd from wsex and they just paid after about 22h.. It came from Matchbook though

Matchbook is part of the WSEX family. There are times when Matchbook payments are processed by WSEX.

Neteller is now becoming almost as hard to move money in to as move money out of.

There was a communication issue. It won't happen again.

I really like WSEX and Matchbook a lot. I'm just worry about waiting 10-20 days delay for a check they promised tomorrow and tomorrow.
