I made many purchases of $500 each and the bank put a freeze on my CC because it looked suspicious.

For now on I will be purchasing odd amounts, such as $497, or $506, which will also allow me to more easily identify the charge.

Since my credit union does not charge cash advance fees, it doesn't matter much to me anyhow.
