Default should USC drop out of top 10?

7 out of the top 10 will win this weekend and USC will lose....any reason as to why USC should stay in the top 10 with 2 losses? (that is if oregon can win)

Could it be that USC has to settle for a lower-tier bowl this season. I'm thinking Holiday Bowl maybe?

USC should fall to 12 to 15 this week I think. They never play well at Oregon and it sure showed tonight.

They might have 2 or 3 players on defense that could crack the current Iowa defensive starting line-up.............if that.

........and I Betcha no less then 8 of those starting for USC right now on defense were no less then 4 star recruits.........whereas Iowa probably had one tops.

Not sure why they wouldn't drop to atleast 15. The loss was a beating not just a normal loss.

I would say you nailed it right on the head..........

If they are higher then 12th, it will be freaking joke.

If a team like South Florida or Arizona had the same resume as USC this year, they would not be ranked in the top 20.....................

exactly, all of college football is a joke b/c of the preseason polls; it just allows the big conferences to **** the small conference in order to keep the $$$ within the big conferences by going to the BCS bowls, etc.

if USC weren't given the benefit of being named a top 3-5 team before they even set foot on the field this year, they wouldnt even be in the top 20. look at their resume, it's a joke that they are being given this much credit. who cares if they have a lot of talent? a lot of teams with talent dont correlate that into championships, big time bowls, etc. but it's fine when it comes to USC b/c the media has pete carroll's rooster stuck in their mouths
