In the era of **** prepaid gift cards, why would they take this option off the table? I have been able to successfully use **** at their sportsbook since the Neteller crisis began.

I asked them about this several times, and they confirmed that **** was no longer available. I was told the options are what they are.

LOUIS,I would check back with CRIS if I were you.Just got off phone 8:45 est and they are taking gift cards from **** as well as ** and **.They are not taking **** debit,but will take gift card....I was very clear on that.

They can tell you whatever you want when you call, but if you click on cashier the option to use **** is no longer available.

I am not going to call Costa Rica to make a **** deposit. That is ridiculous. They need to have the option online like everyone else. It was there before, now it is gone.

Obviously their programmars have made a mistake. Having them correct it is frustrating. Maybe making a post will get the attention of management. Calling them does not.

I talked to them again, they put me on hold, then told me to log out and back in and it would be fixed.

Now, can we get 5 DIMES to take **** gift cards? E-Gold comes across as complex and difficult to use - even though it may not be. I think customers would prefer using gift cards.

Cris has been updated to take click 2 pay and ****/**. Diamond has not as of 8:00 EST. Someone will probably have to get their attention and let them know to do Diamond as well.
