FWIW, someone non US got his withdrawal from VIP in under 12 hrs to neteller this week.

(May as well post this here as well. Everything in one place.)

I requested a payout from CRIS last Thursday (a week ago today). They told me to get back last Saturday about a Fedex tracking number. I thought I'd give them some extra time and contacted them only today. They still don't have a tracking number, which probably means they yet have to send the check.

I'm not worried. It's just a misuse of the present situation, and a book like CRIS should be above that.

My guess is they are taking their shots at the player base, and only pay for it when a player informs the internet community.

Cris never took customer service etc. too serious, and A+ is definetaly too high for a book that doesnt even pay out on weekends and such bull.

They know they can afford to be dicks coz of their reputation and player base, but maybe times will change and they will loose enough players to realize the way they handle certain things sucks.

    Default Betcascade slow also

I requested my cash the morning after the super bowl and it has not processed yet. Yesterday i was told to be patient due to the amount of withdrawals they've had. They also exited the US market so I'm waiting on that $ to go to a new book.

Nicely said John, but Cascade is broke.
A friend of mine got several emails from them saying that he should come back, asking if he has any problems, why he didnt deposit yet etc...and he for sure isnt what you call a "recreational loser player" lol. They are desperate, everyone should stay far away from Cascade.

Excluding your friend getting a little spam do you have any evidence that Cascade is broke?

And besides not paying they sold...and before that they reduced all their limits. As a book that only had 2 things: -105 and high limits.
Nothing else, late lines ****ed up website etc etc.
They tried to play with the big boys aka Pinny and they paid for it. Now they are broke, isnt it obvious.

Well, I asked for my tracking number yesterday and CRIS couldn't give it to me, but today I received my check. So it took from Thursday to the next Friday. I can live with that. So thumbs up for CRIS.

Quite a few good books are slow paying. (Bodog, VIP, WSEX...)

They changed their software but I have not heard they sold except by you.

-105 was $1000 max since they initiated reduced juice.

They have always posted lines late.

    Their website has always sucked.

I am sure most gamblers with pinny accounts already had a Cascade account.

Remember when they sustained a run on the bank after negative rumors circulated a couple of years ago? I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

My biggest concern is that these books in slow pay mode like some gamblers, have a lot of money frozen in Neteller and probably won't get it back.

    turbo,

I didn't even think about the books having money in neteller too...wouldn't they be able to get it out though since they aren't affiliated directly with the U.S.?...

First of all - hello to the forum (have been reading for a long time now but finally got 'round to register)!

As to FedEx, two weeks ago I made a check withdrawal from BetUSA. After four days I asked CS for the tracking number and got the reply that BetUSA didn't have it yet, either, which made me suspicious. However, the very next day the check arrrived, while I have never received a tracking number.
So, no tracking number does not necessarily mean bad news.
