    Default ******* to halt Canadian gambling transactions!

    All our clients will receive an e-mail within the next 24 hours explaining any policy changes that may occur in the near future.

    Be advised that effective February 21st, 2007 ******* (www.*******.com) will no longer allow Canadian consumer payments to online gambling merchants.

    Effective February 28th, 2007 ******* (www.*******.com) will no longer allow Canadian consumers to receive payments from online gambling merchants.

    All Canadian ******* account holders will continue to be able to make purchases and receive payments from non-gambling online merchants, as well as "Deposit From" and "Withdraw To" their Canadian bank account.

    Too bad, ******* was the fastest at EFT's to my bank account, ie, once I requested an EFT at 6:30 AM and it was in my bank account by 6PM the same day.

    I don't use *******, but this can't be a good sign. I don't really understand the rational behind it though as the canadian government isn't placing any pressure on the banks or e-banks to stop doing business with gambling sites. I'm going to be interested in hearing more about this decision.

    Littlewoods has banned Canadians from recieving poker or
    casino Bonii.

    It seems Canada is becoming a haven for ejected american pros.

    Well I guess I need to make some quick changes to my future.
    Was moving to halifax at the end of this month.

    Any suggestions on a nice country to live in that is gaming friendly? (

    ******* have decided to terminate processing transactions involving
    Canadian customers.

    Effective from 21 February 2007 ******* will halt all CC
    transactions involving Canadian cardholders and Sports Interaction and all
    spending from a Canadian ******* account holder to Sports Interaction.
    If you wish to deposit funds to Sports Interaction from your *******
    account we suggest you submit it sometime on or before 20 February 2007.

    Effective 28 February 2007 you will no longer be able to withdraw funds
    from your Sports Interaction account to your ******* account. If you
    wish to withdraw funds from Sports Interaction account we suggest you
    submit your withdrawal immediately to ensure the withdrawal is processed
    prior to 28 February 2007.

    We regret that ******* have taken this decision to leave the Canadian
    market but we wish to assure you that Sports Interaction is committed to
    serving their Canadian customers. For alternative deposit and
    withdrawal options available to Canadian customers please log into your Sports
    Interaction account.

    One guy I know of who has a pretty nice operation going here in NYC is moving to New Zealand.

    Yes, something is missing. They question that has not been answered by ******* is WHY?
