I have been waiting for a *************** payout from VIP since the day after the Superbowl. I was first told 3 business days and everyday since I am told it should hit my bank account tomorrow. Has anyone received a payout via *************** from Vipsports.com??? I have used these guys for a few years now and rarely had troubles back in the neteller days so I know it might be something to do with no longer being able to use neteller.

But what I don't like is for the last 6 business days I have been told the payout has been processed and is with the processor and not with VIP. Is this usually the case? and is my money safe with this processor who I Know nothing of?

Any advice comments would help. Thanks

The problem with echecks for VIP right now (as well as many other books) is that they can't send or receive money from U.S. players via that method. However, you can give them a call at 1-800-300-BETS and request another payment method.

VIP is one of the few that have this option.

Books are more likely to mention the processor these days because they are not as familiar with the new methods and the timing isn't down to the science it was before. VIP does stand for your money. It's in their posession until it reaches you. The books really need a manager taking every call right now. The clerks aren't always interpreting the situation correctly. Your best bet is to ask for a mgr. to explain the situation or shoot me your acct. ID and we can get the details.

Actually VIP IS acceptng *************** deposits from the US without a hitch right now. Apparently when you attempt it for the first time, it automatically sets up a *** account for you because I got the message that my *************** deposit was approved and that it would read *** on my bank statement.

I've been hearing a lot of talk today... which is somewhat disturbing to hear because could it possibly be another Grade A book screwing US Customers? I certainly hope not...

8 days ago I received a payout *************** for $4,800.00 with no problems. Again, I couldn't tell you the situation as of right now. But I am a US Resident... and they told me they have 2 processors... 1 Exclusively for US Residents and 1 for other areas of the world.

I hope everyone gets their money.

there were taking echecks as of yesterday. i did a few over the last few weeks but when i log in today and look at the deposits menu its gone. I guess they did away with it also now.

Bill - email sent with account ID. Also, just for the record for anyone else interested, as of yesterday 2/15 I was told it should hit my account by next wednesday. And this is after 8 business days of being told it should hit my bank account by tomorrow. It is a shame too because i never had many problems with VIP once i submitted them every document possible to confirm ID and CC info ect. I will keep everyone updated with my situation.

Thanks for the assurance Buddybear. It just bothers me not to have the money, it was only just under 5K but my school is harrassing me for having an outstanding balance due and they have threatened to drop me from classes this spring semester if I don't pay it off. It is hard to tell them it is tied up right now with an online gambling company, especially since i funded the account originally with my student loan i took out last semester.

Maybe a little re-assurance for you. I requested a wire on 02/01/07 and received it from *** to my account on 02/08/07. I waited forever for the Fedex check and just went with the wire.

What's going on with VIP? For the last few days they have taken EChecks off and then back up about 5 times as a deposit option.

The only payout options for US players now are through Direct Cash, which has a $1000 max per day, and regular mail check (7-10 days). No more wire transfers or Fed Ex checks?

Hope you get your money soon marke. I will wait and see before I request a payout from VIP.

Ok, finally after 16 days of B.S. a customer service rep told me he recommended a withdrawl via a different method other than *************** since they are having technical problems with that method. So then i asked him if he could cancel the withdrawl and put the funds back into my acount, which he did instantly, which is the same request i asked several times over the last few weeks and was told the withdrawl has been processed and can't be canceled at this time. Then he recommended i make a withdrawl via Direct Cash which would cost $30 and a maximum payout of $1000 could be processed, but I would be able to pick up the funds the next day. Does anyone know anything about Direct Cash, the Customer service rep told me it was basically the same as **, but I no longer believe anything I am told by these customer service people. I will keep everyone update on my attempt to request 1K via Direct Cash tomorrow.

Doesnt VIP issue checks(by FedEx) like many other books to the US residents?

No more Fedex from VIP or it says temporaily unavailable but i interpret that is no more. I have noticed several books not processing via fedex as of late. I wouldn't surprise me if other books also aren't going to do fedex anymore but just don't post it. They will wait until you request it, give you the run-around for a few weeks, then cancel your reqeust and suggest you make it with another method. or at least that is what i've experienced in the last few weeks.
