Everyone is expecting the usual shootout tonight when these two play tonight. The Total is (228.5) and the Suns are 7.5 point favorites. What people are going to realize tonight is that this Warriors team is different. They're better, they play more defense, and can actually score in a half-court offense. Curry is a guy that can run the Pick N Roll, so now they can actually take a break from running up and down the court when they wish.. Ronnie Turiaf starts now for the W's and he gives them some toughness, defense, and a guy to set picks for Curry and Ellis to get the offense going in the half-court set. Im not saying these guys are the Pistons of the west.. But I do think they will play a little slower this year and I look to take advantage of this to start the year. I think the Total is too high.. and I'm thinking the Warriors have a very good chance to win tonight.. they Matchup VERY well and have a better bench in my opinion.

Agree with the under part. Phoenix is also not Phoenix. I think they had two fast break points in the first meeting. And Curry's first away game should also give us a few empty possessions. Markets trending the other way, though, and looks like we'll see 230's.

Line movement in NBA so far has been weird. Huge money came in on Denver at the last minute last night and they covered while the public was all over portland. Warriors look like a good play.

I booked the over last night at 227. I wouldn't say the Warriors have proved anything on Defense, they gave up 108 points at home to a Rockets team that was playing a back to back and isn't exactly known for firepower. The Suns looked out of it at times didn't get the fast break going and still put up 109. This will be an up and down game and points will be easy to come by. With that being said I'm 0-3 this year so what the hell do I know.
