Default When was the last time Cascade paid you?

I hate to break out a new thread, but I don't remember anyone saying that Cascade successfully paid them.

I made a withdrawal request about 15 days ago using the online form, when there was no message on their website about delays.

Not hearing anything for 5 days, I called in a withdrawal request. They acted like they had never received the online form, but confirmed my withdrawal eligibility and "processed it." This was 10 days ago, and there was still no message on the website.

A couple days later, "7 to 10 day delays" were reported on the website, much like BetCRIS's messages.

Today was day 11, so I decided I'd call. While checking the site to see if my account had been debited yet, I see "15 to 25 day delays."

Since they seem to be increasing the delay message with the number of days the message is up, I'm wondering--is anyone getting paid? Did the people who Lenny "straightened out" when Bill suggested we call him get paid? (I tried to call Lenny, but the person who answered refused to put me through to him and sent me to CSR when she heard it was about a payout.)

I'm getting really worried here. Can Bill or someone shed light on this?

I was speaking with a gentlemen just last night. He told me he spoke with Lenny a day or so ago.

Lenny told him that his book-to-book transfer to matchbook should have been taken care of already, and he will follow it up today with a phone call today. Since this gentlemen I'm conversing with is out of town till Thursday on business, I won't know anything farther till on this matter till maybe Friday to find out if the funds were actually transfered or not.

Checks are still trickling out and some players have been accommodated with b2b transfers. New processor options are going to be reviewed next week.

Of those they offer transfers to, who requires the least rollover? I'm pretty much done with online betting (just want to get everything out of there for now!), so if getting it to another book first, giving them a little action, and just getting out of there is faster than waiting on Cascade, is there anywhere you would suggest? (This is to anyone, not just Doug.) Feel free to PM with suggestions. Thanks.

Ihave a zillion Lenny horror stories. The b2b xfers are only being done because cascade may luckily have a balance at one of those books. It's gonna get worse..believe me. The worst part is that he has these forums sucking his ass. The are worse then him. If i had money there i'd call 50 times a day. FWIW he pays guys who have connections first and the rest he could give a shit about. It's truly sad.

From what I understood as of about 2 weeks ago. They do book-to-book transfer with Pinny,Jazz, and Matchbook.

He also goes after the bigger balances. It's a lot easier for Lenny to stiff one account for 100k then 20 accounts for 5k and you get a lot less fallout.

Pinny would NEVER do a xfer with lenny unless he has a positive balance..and that is a FACT.

Add 5dimes to the list of books accepting transfers guys. Word is some players were able to move some there pretty quick.

There are enough real players waiting for Cascade payment so we can do without you pretending to be one.

Bill Dozer,

I can't understand how you can rate Cascade a B when they openly advertise that you can expect to wait a month for a payout and there are numerous stiff complaints about them too.

That's jolly good. Ya know, in my relatively limited time in "this biz" I don't think I have met a single person who's been in it less than 20 years. For someone in the know you are a bit late. Cascade has been downgraded three times before your first post; that would be the one quoted above where you claimed to have money there? One JJ storyteller per forum please.

PokerKing,
We have spent a few hours talking and you know you have my attention and I offered to hear both sides. But I'm not thrilled with you guys suggesting SBR is aware of "stiff" jobs and won't help etc. I don't buy new tires without something in writing so I have a hard time hearing about business deals with zero reporting. We can't always help players who have disputes over verbal wheel-n-deal bonuses never mind forming a judgment based on weeks of emails and chats. That's not to say that your opinion and feedback isn't appreciated and that we don't get a lot of good info from other sides of the business, but calling SBR out isn't going to get you leverage.

A book in trouble normally puts up a bonus offer while privately telling current customers they can't get their money. The message on Cascade's site looks scary but I give them credit for putting a message up.

I spoke to folks there today. A lot of people are trying to put money through the same pipe. It is going to take them some time. Cascade is working with users and I haven't spoke with a player that hasn't received at least one option for a payout now. These are tough times and it's hard to read the signs as it is.

So guys... share your story. Been in the industry 20 yrs and know what's up? Enlighten us. Don't try to scare by saying you are a slow-paid player. Feel a business deal went bad? Share what happened. Dispute as a webmaster? Tell the players waiting for their post up about it. The title of this board is Players Talk.

I've been trying to get them to remove money they've already paid me from my account for 3 weeks now. It's not a massive amount, but I can't even consider re-upping there whilst it's there, as it would cause all sorts of problems in the future.

If they want me to keep it as a gift they just need to tell me ;o)

(For the record, I think I was paid by Old Cascade's Neteller, then balance got moved over to new Cascade)

Sorry, what do you mean by this? Are you including potential b2b transfers (that may or may not be going through?)

Also, no one so far in this thread has reported getting cash from Cascade. You've reported trickling checks, but I hope someone who actually received one of those checks chimes in soon.

Sorry Bill,I'll stop the name calling....I have no interest in sharing my story in the forum but I did talk to you about it one time personally and while you did offer your help( I appreciated that) I didn't pursue much farther because the lies just kept coming from Lenny and I felt like after arguing everyday with him for weeks it was just a losing battle....Lenny can kiss my ass

I received a check from Cascade last week. It took about 14 days total. It hasn't cleared yet. I requested a second check on Jan 29, and my balance still hasn't been updated.

I don't trust Cascade whatsoever. I was told by Lenny (about a week ago) that book-2-book transfers were no longer an option and now I'm reading that several have done them successfully.

I've heard that Cascade is sending out five checks per day, which means many people still have awhile to wait. Better late than never though, right?

Lenny is a pathological lier. He told me that he sent my friend's payout several times and it was a complete lie. I would be surprised if any books would take a book-to-book transfer from Cascade now because no book will take the credit risk of Lenny.

I would be extra careful doing business with cascade actually. A guy named "tony" spamming me for days now "forcing" me to refund my account. Looks like they are runnin low and beggin for eacht $$. Not a good sign IMO

I know of someone who had a 6 figure balance with Cascade who was offerred a reload bonus even though he still had a rollover and a large balance.

Good news!

Friday I spoke with him about doing the same. He said it was no problem and he'd get on it and encouraged me to check up with him. He was very nice (almost too nice). Will report back with updates, nothing done yet.
