I like both these teams this year, so i'm interested to see this game. I think the Bulls might finally be mature enough to make some noise and get past the first round of playoffs. but I like the spurs to win it all.

I think the Spurs big men is a mismatch for Bulls. You have Duncan and Bonner starting and Blair, McDyess and Rattliff coming from the bench. Then you have Parker who played Rose very well last year and Ginobili and Hill coming from the bench where Bulls have lost Gordon who was subbing for Rose when he was still with Bulls. I don't see how the Bulls can outscore the Spurs. Spurs is the #2 team from the West in my rankings and Bulls are the #9 from the East. And Popovich will outcoach Del Negro having so many weapons in his arsenal. I think the Spurs will start the year with 10-12 consecutive wins.

this right here is the best thing that's been posted about this game in my humble opinion. this was my number one reason for taking the spurs tonight. there does appear to be some rlm and sharp money coming in on bulls, blah, who cares. this early in the season pop, who is light years ahead of del negro in the coaching department and the personnel department, will make it a point to start mounting the wins while he's got the freshest legs he's gonna get out of his big three, because it's an inevitability that all three at one point or another will be sitting due to injury, fatigue, etc later on down the road. also, i don't see a big letdown or b2b factor in this game due to it being so early in the season.
