In this case it means that you now communicate with Eagle and bet on their lines. There probably isn't much post-up action left for this to effect.

To a small degree. From what I have observed Eagle isn't going to take chances with their lines and have tighter policies. Very conservative group that's not focused on post-up. They rather rack up the service subscribers.

Their lines have always been pretty sharp and conservative. Even the bonuses got much more conservative as they got used to the exposure to bonus chasers from being at the RX. I agree they are a book to stay away from with their recent rulings over the summer and later.
