Why is SBR lines showing Vegas sportsbooks?

Entering through the USA side will give you Vegas lines.

SBR lines supposedly had to be puled down unless showed vegas books only, that is what I heard.

That would surprise me. Sports lines are constitutionally protected free speach, even if used for gambling. That is why USA Today can print them in its daily newspaper.
