It appears that English is not his first language, so there may not be a Kinkos in Bulgaria, Estonia or wherever he is located. I wasn't able to understand what Cris needs documentation of.

Most books will accept high quality scans emailed to them instead of a fax that will look like shit anyway. I have even been using my camera lately to take photos of documents and IDs and that has been good enough for everyone so far.

Also shouldn't make any difference whether you use a real fax or use efax.

if you have a scanner that should work, just like others have mentioned. most books don't care how they get it, just as long as they get it.

Ive had the same worries. I have no fax, scanner, camera and there is no Kenkos. I think the guy may not want to buy a camera or scanner just to open an account.

I think using moneybookers could be the answer. The verification is done through your bank account and that usually means the bookies wont need to ID you (I believe).

If not, you may have to post photocopies if you REALLY want to use them.

Email them and ask though. Will I need to send X, Y or Z?
