What book will accept *** deposits, but will let you withdraw by check or any other method that you CAN get paid by?

I have funds in *** and they have disabled withdrawal options. Fulltilt allows it, but you have to wait up to 30 days to get the check.

I know 5Dimes will let you deposit with ***, and let you withdraw via a check.
