Pinnacle offers it if your a non-U.S. resident. I know WSEX offers a lot of live betting, so you might want to check them out.

Wsex and Matchbook has live betting but only spread.
Pinnacle i cant find anything, i have not seen it there before either.

Pinnacle has it only on occasion, and only when it's the only game in town for those 2 hours....i.e Christmas day. It's possible you will see it for some playoff games but i don't think it will be around much, if at all, before than.
Bet 365 has it for at least one game a nite, but if you plan on winning expect to be cut to about 3 bucks a bet.

Betfair has a nice In-Play. Too bad they don't accept US Customers.
