Hi there, first off I have to say that I love this forum and this is my first post. I find you guys extremely informative and helpful.

I've been with Greek for 5 or 6 years now and I've always been happy with their customer service. I'm a occasional player who wagers $5 or $10 on a game to make it more interesting. Greek was always wonderful with replying to emails. Lately though, I've emailed them regarding a couple of subject and I have not received any replies.

I wanted to know if anyone else is having trouble with Greek's emails?

I recently signed up with CRIS since my ATM card works when I deposit and it doesn't with Greek (I used to use ******* and ***************). I love the Phone wagering software available for PDAs and the Live Chat customer support for CRIS. But $60 to withdraw funds is insane!

I hope Greek starts accepting ATM deposits and answering my emails. Just out of curiousity how do you guys deposit with Greek, especially you high limit players?

With all these payment processors closing and with football ending a lot of these books have been a bit overwhelmed. That said, Olympic has got some of the best feedback during this time, so it too bad you aren't getting emails answered. Maybe try emailing wally@thegreek.com if you don't get an answer at their regular email address. In general they are pretty good about getting back to player's emails.

thank you lakerfan... I think I'll try that address, I remember Wally as he has answered an email or two over the years. However, I never emailed Wally directly he would reply via the Support@thegreek.com address.
BTW, I did send another email yesterday after waiting for 5 days; asking if my email address had been blacklisted. LOL suprisingly no reply yet.

I still get email response from greek realy quick.
Sent them a question yesterday and i got answer within 10 minutes.

maybe I sent in too many emails for a small time player!?
My cousin kept depositing and asked me to contact them for a reup bonus almost everyweek. Maybe they got annoyed with me asking for a bonus on his behalf every week....
I can understand a pro book like Greek not wanting to be hasseled by nickel and dime players like me who reup $100 or less at a time to just watch a game with some action on it....
and in no way am I trying to imply that the Greek is anything less than a A+ book.
