I just tried calling them on both numbers, and all I got was a recording. Also said, they are no longer taking phone wagers.

I just sent off a email to them, and will see if they reply. It would suck if they cut off all customer service options.

Just got a reply from Pinnacle via email. So they are still answering emails. Was about a hour for them to reply.

So try resending the email again, maybe they overlooked it.

They must pick and choose who they want to talk to on the phone and email.

csd@pinnaclesports.com is the email I have been using

Well thank you onlтуker for trying and having some sort of luck. I emailed them again from a different email address to see if they will respond.

FWIW, I've been in contact with Pinnacle regularly over the last couple of days due to a problem with an ********** transfer I sent to them. No problems here, emails were replied to promptly and they corrected the error.

Ok they finally responded to the "original" email I sent 2 days ago. They said they have to do further research but also claim there phones are working just fine.. I have been on hold currently over 30 minutes listening to some lady talk about no more Americans or phone wagering. I think its just a recording and not a "hold tone".

**** yourself. Pinny gave you U.S. boys the best lines and payouts, until your ****ing war focused gov. forced them to fold, if they dont want to live with the fear to lose everything they earned so far.

Long time viewer here, first time poster. This is the message I have been getting from Pinny for TWO WEEKS.....

    >>> Due to the large volume of transactions, unfortunately we are still unable to give you an exact timeframe for your check to be delivered. We understand you may have concerns, however, during this extraordinary period, we are asking for your understanding. As soon as your check is sent, you will receive your email with the Federal Express tracking number.

I am the unluckiest guy in the world as I reloaded my Pinny account the day before the bomb dropped and they announced they would not be taking any more bets. I had to wait till the check cleared and by that time, the world must be ahead of me in line for a withdrawal. I may be lucky to see the money again in my lifetime.

I've had zero problems with Pinnacle. In fact I was able to withdraw and it went into my account within minutes.

They always respond to my emails, in fact I deposit more funds with them due to their fast pay-outs and good customer service.

Please note, my point of view is that of a non-US citizen who does not use neteller.

They've been really spotty with that lately. What do non-US players bet on over there.... soccer and what else ? NBA would seem like a mainstay, wouldn't it ?

Keep in mind when a book or money processor exits the US, you can bet they have laid off workers with the significantly reduced volume, making contacting via phones/e-mail more difficult than it used to be.

Maybe, but probably not second halves in the middle of the night over here.

I bet exclusively 2nd halves on american sports.

Maybe it was a software problem, i saw a test line right after that.
