    Default Hollywood-

I noticed yesterday, Hollywood acting differntly towards me. When I placed a bet, it would think for like a minute b4 deciding if there was a line change. Is this being done just for me or is this done for everyone now.? ITs really annoying during crunch time, i dont think im gonna use them anymore if this keeps up. Dou guys agree with me that it would be reasonable to ask for a free withdrawl considering they have changed the rules on me? I withdraw earlier this week and may want to take my cash left in there cause of this. btw, i have no problem with a book doing something like this as long as they make it clear they do this, for me it just started yesterday. thanks

Yep--I have a slight delay too...I stay there because it is a big book with reduced juice, I am still catching them on steams, and I always get paid on time. Considering all the books that are closing out professionals, confiscating bonuses, retroactively charging transaction fees, etc, I don't mind a slight delay.

Happens to me to, but unlike lot of sites, my bets almost never come back rejected.

The real problem with the software is that it doesn't give a message like "wager being proccessed please wait." The first time that happend to me, I thought the book was having server problems, and I closed the window before the bet was proccessed and placed the wager elsewhere.

I called these guys about a month ago and was on hold for a half hour...was inquiring about setting up a new account, which I obviously didn't do...

find another book you feel more confortable playing with bud. because, i don't feel like it's worth the hassles there giving you.

don't know if this is still true but I remember back when www.wagerstreet.com would put 500.00 bets in a pending queue

Actually Hollywood is one of the few that does provide a message, at least they have for me for at least six months:

    Processing wager please wait...

That's pretty good of hollywood. WOuld be nice if some of the other books would do the same.

Today I found out Hollywood still has Neteller transaction limits of $2500. Given that Pinnacle, Cascade, EFS, and Mansion all do 50k. That even lesser books like VO group do 10k, found it surprising.
