they had a promo for people that created an account to their poker site. ($25 gift, $20 in free money + $5 in real money)

They are giving the $20 free money but not the real money.
could it be a sign for a bad poker site? or is it commun?

Even if we have complaints, we cannot expose them on their forum. They will delete the posts they don't like. It seems they have a policy to protect themself for bad publicity.

As I feel very sure you have received a number of complaints on how you have
handled your opening. Not only have we had to sign up again and lose the first
alias name we picked out. You made us have to give out who referred us to the
site again. I remember who referred me me, but do the numerous people I gave
the information to that used my email address back in December 2006 when they
were forced to fill out the information for a second time? I doubt they
remembered my email address. So you have made me lose a lot of money that was
