I'm about 50/50, but I voted towards optimism.

It's just a big transition right now, and big transitions are always filled with mixed feelings. The Neteller doomsayers are just that. There were Pinnacle doomsayers too, until the payouts finally were processed. Neteller probably has 10x-100x in terms of sheer customer quantity than Pinnacle, so it may take 10x as long to sort it all out, who knows. But, I still think it will get sorted out, in time.

We're dealing with humans. I'm not sure at what point some humans thought they could tell other humans how to live their lives, but it's a bit of a celebrated tradition. Usually doesn't last very long though.

Then you gotta wonder whats the next thing the DOJ is going to target. I could see them targeting web portals in the future, to help them cut down on offshore gaming.

That's a bit on the insensitive side. The guy makes a casual comment on how I'm handling the Neteller confiscation of my 65k and you have the audacity to dispute the fact the I have that much in Neteller. Everyone out there who has a few hundred to a few thousand are making all the phone calls and complaining and I am not going to add one iota of progress to the situation by calling them, complaining, or otherwise losing sleep over it. I'm obviously not happy, slightly worried, but nonetheless hopeful the situation will be rectified.

That could just as bad as this NT crap going on right now if they look into it in depth. The people funding via ** should be ok, because a lot of people used fake names when they send there monies. However, when they collect it they use there real names.
