Ive been trying to call matchbook for the past hour and noone is answering phones or live chat......Anyone try contacting them recently

I was answered in about 15 seconds.

Theres nobody there to answer there live chat feature at all at this time. Plus, I did just try to call them, and press the number for general inquiries, and never got an answer (waited only about 1-2minutes though)

another hour has gone by and again nothing........even the other number that is posted on the answering machine says all circuits are down when you call them.....
Im starting to get worried because i made a deposit with them thru wire and they told me earlier they have not received it yet but after speaking with my bank they adviced me that they do indeed have the funds and i cant seem to get an answer from them

I get that "all circuits are busy" nag all the time it seems like. Turned out it was my local phone company that had a problem.
