I haven't heard of anyone that's been paid, including myself. What get's me is why they would insist on a Fed EX fee when the expectation is you're getting your $$ in a couple days. If you pay $XX for a Fed Ex check and it doesn't arrive for 2 weeks, you got screwed. I of course went the cheap route and said sent it regular mail. At least when it FINALLY shows up in my mailbox I won't feel screwed out of some more $$.

Default They refunded my fee to my account

I requested about $1K by Fed Ex about 10 days ago and have not received it yet.

I asked WSEX to refund the $30 fee and they did without hesitation.

Requested several payouts via FedEx as far back as 10 days ago.

On 1/24, told the first payout had been mailed.

Have been told on a daily basis since 1/24 that the checks will definitely arrive the next day.

Nothing has arrived yet. No tracking numbers yet.

Also, found out that no check of mine has yet been processed.

Slow paying because of banking issues though, not actually wsex fault.

I had been with WSEX for over 2 years and not once had they ever email me with promotion.

Today I'm getting an email from WSEX about 20% promotion.
I heard so many slow pays from WSEX and matchbook. I requested to transfer all my money to Olympic.

Looks like WSEX is desperate to get more funds from people and not paying them back.

They've done so many ways to stall pay-outs.

They clearly do not deserve an A+ rating.

    More like a C+.

Maybe they want to get money from Peter to be able to pay Paul...it does look this way.

Now we all know the only true A+ book is Olympic

its says 20% but isnt the max bonus ony $200

    They have done this before

*Maximum bonus is $220 on a $2,000 deposit. Bonus requires a 4x rollover in the sportsbook. WSEX uses the amount risked in calculating bonus rollovers. "Live betting" does not count towards rollover requirements. Unearned bonus money may not be used in the poker room. Accounts without sportsbook activity for 30 days will have their deposit bonus rescinded.

I would read it differently. A bonus locks people in for a while, (and a pre-SB bonus is good timing), which is precisely the right strategy to get everybody past the present panic wave. It's a way of buying some time until people calm down.

In the present climate I wouldn't even blame quality books for slow-paying, because that too would have a stabilizing effect (although involuntary, as opposed to the voluntary bonus). If you picked your books carefully you know they have your money. They do, I would assume, need a certain amount of action to cover their overhead.

Too much fear, not enough reason. The US government is loving this.

"We're working on better payment methods which should be up and running in the next couple of weeks," disclosed Hayden Ware of World Sports Exchange. "Players just need to be patient and give us time to put these new systems in place.".

You sound like you are new to betting this month.

WSEX earned it's rating over many years. The current problems are completely understandable at the moment. I consider them probably the safest book to play with right now.

WSEX is the best of the best in off-shore sportsbooks. I would definitely take advantage of the rare WSEX bonus offer. Pinnacle and CRIS are also having delays in processing check WD's.

Its the USA government thats the problem. Your money will arrive soon enough.

Wsex Is The Safest And Best Out There, If You're Worry About Wsex Not Paying You, Then You Shouldn't Even Gamble Anyway. That's All I Got To Say.

But money is coming out of Cris and Pinacle. To date NO reported US payment .
Not a slow pay but NO PAY

Anybody that sends funds and wagers with any offshore sportsbooks (including all the so called top books), should have their heads examined. There are not any safe books out there anymore. The U S gov has ****** it all up and it looks like they are not going to slow down any. Find a local, forget about offshore. Take a look at the events that have taken place over the last 6 months. Do you guys see a pattern ? Where will we be in 6 months if the trend continues. Think about it? It really is over!!!

    Bigloser,

why are you blaming wsex, when you should be blaming Neteller. If neteller would allow merchnats to SEND funds to US cusotmers, WSEX wouldn't be having this problem.

Remember WSEX, got totally screwed by the Pinnacle promotion. They had a ton of people depositing huge sums of cash via neteller to them. Then a couple of days later, neteller comes and says, we're freezing all US accounts as well as some merchant accounts. I'm sure Neteller is withholding a hefty sum of wsex's money

As for the checks, citadel and Chexx were the best processors out there followed by SP. Citadel and SP dropped out on the 16th, nd Chexx is dropping out next week. SO books like WSEX are forced to find new proccessors, the one overseas are very very slow.

You have to cut these guys some slack, and put the blame on Neteller where it belongs.

Everyone said Pinacle was the best and would not leave the US. Shouldn't WSEX and all the other books have wondered what was going on with Pinnacles surprisingly quick decision.

The fact of it is ,it isnt Netellers or WSEX' fault, it is the US governments. They are just loving people like you distracting attention from this fact.

Yes $15 million is way more than enough, WSEX can pay every customer 2x times over and still have cash in reserve.

They are a lot smaller than I thought. Just shows how small the offshore market is compared to the big UK books.
Even some of the smaller ones are bigger than that.

Blaming NETeller on the delays is bs. How can Pinnacle and Mansion pay non-US players through NETeller as usual, if funds are locked up? Why aren't Pinnacle and Mansions money locked at NETeller? So it seems kind of strange if WSEX can't access their NETeller funds when Pinnacle and Mansion can and then use this as an excuse for not paying players by any means at all.

Marc, SP didn’t drop out of check processing for U.S. customers (unless it’s happened in the last few hours or something). They have an affiliated Neteller-like business that does money transfers, and they did indeed cut U.S. customers out of that almost immediately after Neteller made the same decision. But many, many sportsbooks still use SP to process their checks. At least half of the sportsbook checks I’ve gotten these last couple weeks are SP checks.

bigloser, why come across as a complete fool? Nobody said Pinnacle would never leave the U.S. market. It was said Pinnacle would NEVER stiff anyone.

You say WSEX is a "no pay". Total BS. I withdrew money from WSEX via sportsbook transfer last week. Transfer was completed at their end within 5 minutes. The U.S. government has created problems for the short term. You'll get paid soon enough.

I have no money in WSEX , my question was has anyone been paid as I am thinking of depositing. Still no reported US withdrawals (from what I have read on this board), I dont count sportsbooks transfers.
Until someone comes forward with reports of payments received they have to be considered a no pay.
FWIW I think all the scaremongering going on regarding Neteller etc is bullshit. A couple of weeks ago neteller was everyones favorte. Nothing has changed there but all of a sudden they are a bunch of crooks. Why are Neteller so wrong when WSEX arent ?

I think you should consider sportsbook transfers by WSEX. The Greek is still doing business with WSEX along with Pinnacle. These are the big boys and most respected.

The best I can come up with why WSEX, along with the other top shelf books on why the long delay is that they use a third party to issue checks. They must be swamped. Another thing also is that they may have to change banks due to the shitty USA government making life miserable.

Any posting outrage should be directed at the U.S. government.
