Default Accept slow payment these days, but stick to books that communicate

I requested a withdrawal from WSEX on Jan 22. Today is Jan 31. I sent them two emails about my withdrawal. They ignored both of them. Finally I called them and they say I will have a tracking number within an hour.

Why in the world do they not just admit to their customers there is a back log, and that payments are delayed and answer email.

On the other hand, CRIS at least admitted to a backlog in writing on their website with their notice that withdrawals would take 7 days, and sure enough they have paid me each of 3 separate withdrawals, wire, email, and CLick 2 Pay, within 7 days.

Now who am I going to reup with?

I don't mind being slow paid during this period of turmoil, but I expect the sportsbook to communicate what is going on.

Its a disgrace what books are doing, they put money in your account in 10 minutes and taskes 1 month to get paid. I think players are fed up with books now.

Default I am fed up with WSEX right now

It is not that they are slow paying. It is that they tell me things and then they don't happen.

I was promised a tracking number for a FED EX. They promised to email this to me "within an hour".

It has now been 20 hours.

    What is wrong with them?

If they had said we won't have a tracking number for 4 days that would have been fine with me, and understandable.

But don't tell me there is going to be one, and then force me to call the office again, because all emails are being ignored.

I would avoid matchbook and wsex until they get organized.

All I can say is that when I deposited to WSEX using moneybookers, then did some bets, then asked for a withdrawal, they told me that the only way to withdraw was via wire (with high fees) since their moneybookers was "down". What do they mean by down?

This was a total misrepresentation on their part and lack of transparency... they make it seem easy for you to deposit and withdraw using the same method.

At least BetCris admits their "slowness" and are honest about a problem.

WSEX's excuse regarding moneybookers being "down" was absurd.

***my complaint re WSEX was on another thread

Actually I think this is the third if not the fourth time you have posted about this.

seems like there are a lot of problems even with the high quality books.....No book who has worked hard to establish a strong reputation is easily going to admit to shortcomings and errors even in this time of high uncertainty. Right now, books are trying to distinguish themselves. The playing field is once again open.

That being the case, WSEX is still a solid book and really one that I expect to step up during these times.

Default Today I received the email, apparently sent to me last week

WSETECH, thank you for your response and efforts to resolve these issues. Today I did receive an email that seems to have been sent to me last week, as it refers to "tomorow" as Tuesday. It arrived at my ISP at 2:44 PM today, and I downloaded it at 2:55 PM. It seems to have been written by your staff on Monday of last week. I sent you an email with the information you are asking for.

Requested several payouts via FedEx as far back as 10 days ago.

On 1/24, told the first payout had been mailed.

Have been told on a daily basis since 1/24 that the checks will definitely arrive the next day.

Nothing has arrived yet. No tracking numbers yet.

Also, found out that no check of mine has yet been processed.
