Default Neteller Card - question for Canadians

I have been taking money out of my Canadian Neteller account (since my US one no longer works). My Canadian Neteller account is in USD.

But I find that since I need US dollars to pay my bills, I don't want to get hit with the 1.9% foreign exchange fee that Neteller charges to EFT to my Canadian bank account that holds CAD. Then my Canadian bank charges me another 2% to convert back to US dollars.

I would like to use my Neteller Card to get money out, but I want to know if when I tranfer funds to the card will it still be in USD (i.e. I don't get hit with the exchange rate fee)?

Can anyone here that is Canadian with a USD Neteller account tell me if their Neteller Card is also USD?

I think it just depends on which side of the border you are using your card. The ATM machine gives out CDN dollars in Canada.

I have a USD acct and when I transfer funds to my Blue Neteller card it gets loaded on in Canadian Dollars. But I too have found that the foreign exchange rate you get at the ATM is awful.
