Yeah, but the Skins had the Panthers handled up 17-2 in the 3rd. They muffed a punt that cost them the game. Delhomme was terrible.

As bad as the Panthers are, they will still beat the soon to be 0-16 Bucs by a touchdown at least. It's obvious the Bucs had the worst offseason by far in the NFL and now it's showing.
