It's NOT free. Not close... 4 payouts is equal to a $150 free play. Assuming 75% on free plays, that's $30 per payout.
Better, yes. Free, far from it.
(Maybe I'm just bitter because I used all my free points last week and lost a heartbreaker, but my point stands.)

Of course, some of us had our points taken away over a year ago, and are solving that problem by paying $30 to have the money transfered out to Olympic in gigantic chunks when I'm overfunded.
