    Default Pinnacle cashout question

A friend has the following problem regarding a Pinnacle cashout:

He deposited via *************** before football season, and doesn't really bet much other than football, so he wasn't aware of Pinnacle's change in policy regarding US customers. So he recently requested a cashier's check. He received an e-mail saying it was declined due to delay in payment to US customers. What route does he need to take? I mentioned a book to book transfer, but he didn't really want to do that. Thanks in advance.

    dan,

I know he tried requesting a fedex cashier's check withdrawal over the internet but was sent an email saying it was declined...is it possible this was due to him depositing via ***************, like pinnacle has to manually override it?

I have given him the 800 to call in the morning and just want to help him get his money...anyone else with advice on how to handle it?...

I just assumed that IMG's boy (curious who that is to be honest with you) was taking care of this, but I guess not. Otherwise, I would have looked into this matter myself.

If this guy needs some assistance he can shoot an email to: Assistance@SportsbookReview.com

How long of a delay did Pinnacle say? Does not make sense for a WD decline by Pinnacle because of a delay.

Pinnalce delays are still weeks faster than shady books like BetRoyal.

    chuck,

that's exactly what I didn't understand...he forwarded me the email and it didn't say that the withdrawal was accepted but delayed, it said that it was declined...have you heard of this before chuck?...

    dan,

thanks bud...get back to us as soon as you can...

Never heard of this before. The only thing I can think of is that Pinnacle was declining the cashier's check WD due to the delay and wanting the player to WD by other means.

I would of e-mailed Pinnacle immediately right back and asked for clarification. Ask for other WD methods.

    chuck,

ironically, my buddy won't return any of my emails, calls or texts...so he either got paid and is pissed at getting me involved (which I think is what has happened) or he didn't get paid and he's pissed at me for getting him involved with pinnacle (possible case)...I will let you guys know when I hear from him...

pags11, thats too bad your friend is ignoring all your attempts to reach him. I usually have no use for those kind of friends. Pinnacle is indeed taking quite a long time for check withdraws. One player has been waiting 2 weeks. Others reporting the same.

    chuck,

we played ball together in college and he really is a good friend...I finally got a hold of him again today and he told me he was making another payout request and would keep me updated...just sucks that I went through all of the work to help him out and he was "busy at work during the week"...

no problem chuck...I think the problem stemmed in that he didn't request an *************** payout (which is the method he deposited)...he also didn't get his sign-up bonus (which I explained to him he didn't meet the rollover requirement and he was cool with)...
