    Default Cascade Payments?

    Has anyone received anything from Cascade? I've received payouts from several places and this is the only remaining place I'm worried about.

    I have a pretty big balance. Every time I call, I get a different story. Can anyone give me some encouraging words?

    I've had transfers out of Cascade go smoothly but no payouts since the Neteller incident.

    What book(s) were you able to transfer funds to, from Cascade ?

    I moved over to Matchbook. The other book I use that I know does transfers with them is Pinnacle. They do not have a direct link to WSEX, Greek or CRIS.

    My balance was finally updated today (withdrawal amount subtracted) and it looks as if my withdrawal was processed. I requested the withdrawal last Thursday. I'll keep y'all updated as to when I get the FedEx check.

    They also do transfers with Jazz. Please note they did before they updated there platform recently.

    Lenny wasn't in, so they transferred me to CSR who was helpful (once I got one who could speak English).

    Arrgh--just a few more K of rollover that I won't clear by the 31st!

    well, you were "pretty lucky"..... i've been calling for 2 days, can't find Lenny, Richard or AL... and the lady I talked to didn't seem to know much... she even confessed that she can't see any of wagers after 23rd Jan..... best she can do for me, is to get it right and email me back

    And of course, I am still waiting

    ok, here's my update!
    finally i receive some news from Cascade. I am not sure it's good or bad though

    During the transfer of software, Cascade had some accounting issues with my account, at one point I was missing a large amount of money. After thinking about it I figured out what happened; it was human error involving them switching software accounting systems. I had to call a bunch of numbers, and call a bunch of times, but eventually I found Lenny and on our third conversation (the line kept getting cut off) he figured it out and had it fixed within a few minutes. E-mail got me nowhere. So for whatever reason, they do better when you call in, at least in my experience.

    Definitely call Cascade. That's the only way anything gets done there.

    Here's something VERY discouraging that I was told.... the bank they are currently using only processes five checks per day for them. So if they have hundreds of people in line for check withdrawals, you do the math.

    I tried to do a transfer to The Greek today for a portion of my balance. I requested the transfer about five hours ago. They told me it would be complete "within a couple hours". Needless to say, it hasn't happened yet.

    This was just added to Cascade's website today: A new a vastly different response that to what I've been told over the past week and a half:

    US Players: Current payment methods have been limited due to external pressures exherted by the US government. This will unfortunately create an increased payment time frame. At the current time, payments will be made in 7 to 10 day time frames. Cascade has alaways maintained a stellar reputation for payments, and will continue to pay players in the most expedited ways possible. Current payment options have been limited to check transfers and some person to person transfers. We apprecaite your patience with us during this changing landscape of the online gaming business. Once again, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

    i.e.-if my $$ isn't stolen by these guys, I will be extremely pleased!!!!!!

    I got a check from them today after waiting over two weeks.

    i gave up waiting for check. Went for a Neteller payout, 1hour was all that it took...

    My problem has been the opposite. I have not been able to log in thru their Neteller deposit link for 3 days. So I can't get cash in at the moment. Anybody else have this glitch?

    Try using the Japanese login page (change language). A friend of mine wasn't able to login and got through on that page.

    Not beyond me to be stupid and i appreciate the suggestion, but for the life of me I can't find a "language switch" option on Cascade's site. Care to point me in the right direction? I still cannot get the neteller deposit page to load.
