Default Class Action Suit Against Neteller

Anyone want to go in with me and sue these guys? Or at least scare them enough to get them motivated to start paying U.S. customers and/or tell us the truth. I've got $21K in my account, and I've heard there are quite a few others out there in a similiar position. I've been waiting 5 months to get my money from Bet On Sports, and I can't afford to have the majority of my savings earning interest for Neteller in Canada any longer. Just a thought.

Default Too early, in my opinion

I think it is too early to sue them. Then they may have to save the trust fund to pay their legal bills.

The best solution for those with large balances is to try to convince them to send a foreign check, or simply move to another country for a while and change address with them - deposit with sportsbooks, and ask the sportsbooks to withdraw by check.

Good luck sueing them in the US. They have no assets here... so you'll have to use international procedures, which is a pain.

I do not think any legal action against Neteller will get you paid.

Terrible that guys have money locked in their but there were warnings that Neteller was going to shut down months before.
