Default Wagerweb won't accept any new US players

Glad to see they at least grandfathered the current clients.

Wagerweb (SBR rating B-) no longer accepting new registrations from U.S.-based players. Wagerweb will continue to service current U.S. clients.

They keep sending me emails offering bonuses for redeposits. I'm staying away for now. Don't like the fact they are not allowing new US customers. Aren't they a credit shop also?

I don't understand the logic in keeping current US customers but not accepting new ones. For one thing, the new US law applies to payment processors not whether a sportsbook has US customers or not. And if the law did apply to a sportsbook having US customers then they would be still be breaking the law, even if they didn't accept new US customers. What is this book trying to accomlish?

They are not trying to accomplish anything.
    They're trying to go under.

They probably don't want to pick up ** fees for new players. Present players can only cash out once a month for free.

Current players likely lose or cash out, never to return, then no USA left there.

Without US they are going to have to downsize, maybe the Nojuice suite is available ?

I would interpret this as a choice to stay low profile. In the present climate you can expect high profile outfits like Bodog to have the biggest target on their back. And it probably wouldn't hurt WW to avoid the baseball season.
