Default Relax about Neteller!

I have read the forums for a long time but refrained from posting until now. But all this hysteria about neteller is getting annoying. I personally have about $7,000 i'm waiting to be EFT'd to my bank account.

But I am not worried, everybody needs to calm down. Remember, Neteller is a huge publicly traded company. They aren't going anywhere, I'm convinced our money is perfectly safe and I can think of a million legit reasons that they are having these delays. Maybe it is, as they say, a volume issue. Or maybe the bank they use won't process payments to US accounts. Yes, it's disconcerting that they discontinued the debit card. Yes, it's annoying that they can provide no clear timeframe. But if they wanted to stiff us, then why not just stiff us now and disappear? I suspect they're really working hard to fix this problem and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Give it a few weeks. They have good excuses.

Everybody calm down. You will get your money...eventually.

No big deal, they are collecting interest on our money while being frozen for a couple months. Another WWTS situation, taking advantage of a bad situation.

I dont mind waiting...if I know the truth...but Neteller has given us the runaround,,,reminding me of a D rated book....dont tell me the reason is still too high a volume of requests!!...they havent paid ANYONE! Tell us the real story for the delay and we can relax...Neteller has handled PR poorly

I absolutely agree w/ you bboots.

I don't mind the wait but Neteller needs to do a better job of communicating to their customers what's going on at their end. If they have millions of calls to CS everyday about people wanting to know what's going on, then they should at least give more frequent updates/news somewhere on their website.

Bboots,

You hit the nail on the head. If Neteller had been honest from the begining, I'd be upset but not concerned. But they have been lyhing from day 1.

First they get rid of instacash without any real explanation. They without notice, they decide US players can no longer do transfers with gambling sites. They claimed it had nothing to do with the arrests, but it was something they planned all along. On Jan 18th they said, US customers would be able to get thier funds on demand.

But it was already known by Neteller, that the banks has cut them off. It was becase the banks cut them off, that they quickly stopped anmore instacash depotis, because they knew that the banks would reject them all. But the cs clerks, nearly 2 weeks later are still telling customers they are "experiencing delays due to high volume." How dumb do they think we are. We all know no one is getting paid. We also know that neteller is making interest on our money with each passing day. The fact that Neteller, a publicly traded compnay, has resorted to blatant lies, is a cause of deep concern. Netelelr is acting the same way BOS did. Lie, stall say whatever it takes to get the cusomters off the phone. Drag it out for months until the customers go away.

Neteller still has not explained why they can't pay thier merchants. The merchants generally get paid in euros (they stopped doing dollars a few months back)

Bottom line is if Netelelr wanted to pay us, and was able to pay us, we'd all be paid. If a small book like igotsports can find a proccessor to send me a check, the might neteller can find a proccessor they could outsource to.

If the only means available is to send funds to a friend in another country, why won't Neteller waive the fees. Wouldn't that be the honest thing to do. I think we all have cause for concern
