Never got resolved, unless u consider keeping all my money on a misdeal a resolution, it was last hand I played of about a half hour of live online blackjack but bc I was so pissed off and like wtf is going on (I had just been hit on hard 13 against a dealer 4, given a 6 but somehow told I had 16 instead of 19 and stood on 6 ) that I didnt write the hand # down bc it disappears after like 10 secs at BP (apparently u can go into hand history and check the # but you have to do that fast as well bc if u dont play it logs you off and I was on the phone talking to BP about it immediately after the hand and didnt figure it would be a problem identifying the hand). Anyway the guy emails me a couple days later and says we cant find the hand Im like dude it was the very last hand I played that night and have gotten no response since. I have since disabled my BP casino and advise you to do the same its not like a real casino where if the dealer does something crazy you can call the floor, its a fukin nightmare and they kept all my money for the dealer's mistake

The casinos love to have anyone's action in BJ as long as they aren't counting. And no, I wouldn't split 3's with a dealer showing even a 6. I'd hit, hope for 11 or less, if not stay and try to minimize the damage of a shitty opener. I'll split A's and 8's and that's pretty much it.

Thank you for the help I pmed you my info, as I said before I did not write down the game id# bc it disappears as soon as they start a new hand which is like 1 sec after they finish the old one, so instead I called BP right after the hand figuring how hard could it be to find this last hand I played that was dealt like 5 mins prior, but so far they have been unable to even find the hand

that is why when i play the live blackjack its a good idea to write down the hand you start on say 010 CQQ

as they go in order next would be 011 CQQ

that way if anything happens you have an idea of what hand you might be on.

they have a history tab on screen with hand #'s with your bet and earnings listed

It should be easy enough to look up your Blackjack history and find the hand where you split 3s. I believe if there was indeed an error, Phoenix will make it right. They seem reasonable.

I experienced a misdeal, and got my money right back. Are you sure you were sober? And If you believe EVERYthing basic strategy says then you are crazy. Split 3's LMAO Jello you are right you should never split 3's in my opinion. I've seen 3's split about 5 times this month by other players and only 1 won.
