Tonight @ around 8:00 PM I was finally able to get Wash -4 @ Olympic or so I thought. I swear that I placed the bet and my friend who was standing right by me at the time thinks so as well. I put in my initials, verified, blah, blah, blah. Later after the game had started with a bout 10 minutes left in the game I was checking my different accounts when I noticed the bet was not pending there. I called CS and they said the bet was never placed. The only other time I had anything similar to this was another bet I placed that didn't show up at first but the next day was in my account. Has anyone else had any problems like this before? I know I gotta start double checking my pending wagers as soon as I place them.

I have had a similar experience at Olympic. But, I found the cause in my case: I mis-entered my initials, and didn't notice the warning that I didn't confirm properly. Of course, the warning screen was up the next time I went to that browser, but my own error cost me that time.
