I am not positive on this but if they were a big player they would arrange for them to have an address in Canada jjgold. That is their big way around it.

Maybe they do not allow it, but big players HAVE ways how to play there. It is no big problem. Right now I helped to one US player to make a new bank account in my country. Plain tickets are cheap... even for small players...
