Anyone done this since the other processors closed up shop?

I requested mine last Friday and it's still not in my bank account.

Technically the Mansion site says allow 2 business days for Mansion to process it and "estimates" 2 more business days for me to receive funds. So they're not overdue yet (tomorrow they would be) but I'm wondering what the timeframe for others in the US has been?

Apparently Mansion is still having funding issues right now for U.S. players.

I think the question was about withdrawals, and that chat is about deposits.

I requested a wire withdrawal over the weekend. I called today to get an update and they said it should hit my bank any day, that they are not experiencing any delays with this method.

I’ll believe it when I see the money. I’m assuming the worst with all these books and money transfer companies, that way if and when any of them actually pay me, it’ll be a pleasant surprise.

Not as far as we know, however it can take up to 5 business days to process a withdrawal via bank transfer

Still not there this morning, they are now saying check back after the weekend.

Rolemand, I just got this e-mail; not sure if they sent you the same one:

We are contacting you regarding your outstanding withdrawal.

Unfortunately due to some banking system difficulties we were unable to send this payment at the time you made your withdrawal. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in sending this payment but unfortunately this was due to circumstances beyond our control. These difficulties have now been resolved and your payment has now been sent to your registered bank account as requested.

This payment was sent today and so you should expect to see your funds in your bank account within 5 banking days.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation whilst we resolved this matter and please don’t hesitate to get back in touch if we can be of any further assistance.

So now the clock starts over.

TLD - I have not received any correspondence from Mansion re: my pay out. I'm going to assume it should be in my account on Monday.

Still no funds in my bank account - a further live chat has now led them to send the matter to the finance department for an investigation.


How long do you anticipate the investigation will take?

Today is a bank holiday in Gibraltar so our finance department are not in the office however they will be in tomorrow morning

So you expect I should have an answer tomorrow at some point?

OK - of the $1000 I requested I rec'd $983 and then my bank deducted $5 for wire in charge. Worse than Neteller for fee's.

Think I'll stick w/ Moneybookers next time.

Moneybookers is NOT an option for US customers so the only option is bank to bank transfer
