Default DSI-A BOOK -Refusing to let me withdrawal even via FEDEX

Just got off the phone with them. They are refusing to allow me to withdrawal my money any way. They say that I have not completed the 5X rollover and until that is done, there is no way to withdrawal even if I forfeit bonus. They now say the rolloever is the lesser of the risked or to win amount. Can I get some help from mods in getting my money from them???

Cris/Diamond bonus policy has been well documented on this site.

gym rat, fuk off and follow the rules. CRIS/DSI has those rules in place, and when you accept a bonus in the first place, you gotta do the wagering. And a 5 time roll at CRIS/DSI is nothing.

    Good luck.

I am a bit surprised they won't let you cancel the bonus, pay a transfer fee and take your money out.

Did you already bet your freeplay?

Hey man, that rollover requirement is nothing. The lesser of risk and win is the typical way these things are calculated.

It's OK. You don't have to do a panic withdrawal with those guys.

They are a solid book. They've always had these rules in place.

Scalp it with another book that should help you satisfy the rollover faster..

Default They should be willing to pay you now

They should be willing to remove the bonus, and transaction fees that they covered for you, and pay you the difference.

Many other online gaming establishment allow early withdrawal - they just remove the bonus.
