I've created some custom smileys in msn messenger, but when I use them, they are all really small. How do I make them bigger? Anyone know?

I really never bothered messing with this at all to be honest with you Slash. However, open your .gifs in UGA, go to "Edit" "Resize image" and should be fairly easy to resize from there I would think.

Thanks bbd, but no matter how big the pictures are in the original, they get really small.

It might be a setting in MSN or IE itself that is causing this problem, and not at all the way you saved the graphic. I guess if that doesn't correct the problem you can force specify the height and width of images which will keep them standard on all pages, all browsers via HTML coding.
