I tried to withdraw from WAGER WEB to my neteller acct but no results.

Impossible to speak with LIVE CHAT

Do you have news ? Is it related to Neteller coy problems ?

Any advice ?

Wager Web has never been well run, always issues and problems with too many rules.

Everything is backed up. You didn't describe your timeline so I don't know how bad your situation is. What I can tell you is I got a 2K Neteller payout from them this Monday. When I requested another on Tuesday, I received this e-mail:



Dear Mudcat:


The following is to inform you that we are not able to process your Neteller payout due to we processed $2000 yesterday.

Wagerweb has a 10-year record of prompt payouts. However, with the loss of popular payout processors, Neteller, Citadel, **********, SP and Moneybookers for US players we are asking players to limit their payout requests to one every seven days .

This new policy is being enacted in order to ensure ALL players are able to request and get payouts in a timely manner until new processors are added.

Rest assured we anticipate this is a short-term and temporary policy change. New methods are being worked on and will be available very soon.

Please be patient and expect your payout request to be processed with 7-10 days of request.

We appreciate your support and understanding.
