Most books will transfer with us. But that depends on the individual book you are dealing with.

Lines will read -110, when you place the play, it will be at -05 on the ticket.

Could only log in as guest/guest. Software doesn't recognize my old password.

Like Yoshi, I'm not a fan of that layout. Little cramped and counterintuitive.

Thats 1 example of why this software sucks. Dont get me wrong Cascade is OK, but why so many books use this buggy SW now is beyond me. It also times out on a totally random basis usually...

Note: BetCascade.com will provide One Free withdrawal per calendar month except for Neteller.

I also dont like this, so there is still a $25 flat fee no matter what the amount is?

I'm not excited by the software either. And as far as no one answering the phone--same thing happened to me when I called the Customer Service number. I then called the Wagering number and was helped.

Cascade offers -105. I'm happy about that and other issues are minor ones to me.

I have read a lot of random posts about trouble at cascade. Is cascade clear to play now? I don't have an account, but am looking to start one. Do transfers count for initial signup bonus?

Are they allowed to advertise like this. They ought to either earn an A rating and buy advertising space, or advertise somewhere else.

In this period of turmoil posting up at Cascade would be a mistake, in my opinion.

as long as cascade keeps the -105, the once a month free payouts, and if they improve upon their CS, they're a top 5 book right now...trust me guys, I do a lot of research...

I've had an account at Betcascade for years, and I applied for a withdrawal recently.

They have been cordial with me, very professional and polite with their attitude, and I believe some patience with the book and most books is warranted since Neteller, Citadel and others went down.

I even spoke to Dave, one of the managers, and he was very cordial and professional.

They have always paid me promptly, quick and exactly when promised during the last few years without exception.

I'm not in love with the fees, but the -105 makes it worthwhile.

They have promised my payout will arrive tomorrow, and I have no reason to believe it won't. I will definitely let the bettors know if they're still solid, and I would believe they will be.

Thumbs down Terrible Website Layout

Cascade went from the easiest sportsbook to make bets on my wireless PDA, to an impossible book to make a bet from a PDA due to the new software. This is very important to me as I travel a lot. Despite the low vig, their business with me will no doubt decline.

Cascade is an old school book that does not focus on technology too much but I think they should. They have many players willing to play there so I think they should make sure the website is very user friendly.

If Cascade ever used like Wagerstreet or Pinnacle software they would make about 10 million a year profit.

Hi Richard, I have a BetHorizon account. Does this mean I can't create a new account with Cascade?

Also, BetHorizon told me that they can't process Neteller payouts for Canadians because their Neteller account is frozen. They said this will be resolved in a month. I live chatted BetAtlas and they said the same thing.

Can Cascade process neteller payouts for Canadians now? If so, can I open an account with Cascade and transfer my BetHorizon balance over?

"Froze" isn't the right term since merchants report being able to pay non-US accounts and players can pay other players and their debit cards. The merchants I have talked to say that Neteller won't send their balances back to them yet.

What merchants? I see many of them (including Pinnacle, Olympic, CRIS, Canbet) operating as usual for international members.

If there are some problems with specific merchants, players should be notified where to expect Neteller problems.

Richard, if you are still there. My friend has a problem with her account, her balance is wrong, and when she chose not to acknowledge it, your NEW SOFTWARE intelligently bypass it and brought her to the main page. And I believed she has sent csd@betcascade.com a couple of emails, and tried calling in, but to no avail. Any idea, how can she retrieve her missing funds?

I was told it was a simple case of logging in on Thur, and Fri, and seeing $1100 less, without taking a single bet yesterday.

The DPT Group (Jazz, et al) told me exactly what you said, and cited it as a reason they had frozen payouts to their customers who deposited via Neteller. However, I received my payout from them today, so either Neteller released their funds after all, or they decided to take the money from a different pocket to pay people.

I talked to a supervisor at Legendz a couple days ago and asked her about exactly this. She laughed out loud and said there was no truth to it and it was purely a stall tactic from any book telling me this. She said it’s business as usual between Neteller and the merchants.

Then today I asked a CRIS supervisor the same question. She said, “No nothing like that is going on. I certainly don’t know of anything like that, and that would be big enough that I’m sure I’d know. So I can’t speak for other merchants, but I’m certainly not aware of anything like that with our Neteller account.”

Both Neteller and the merchants do business with clients who dont live live in the US so why would neteller do something like this? Maybe they did but I dont understand why

OK here is what is happening at Neteller.

It is not possible for merchants or individuals (whether US or Other) to deposit or withdraw from $US based Neteller accounts (in $US funds).
It is still possible for $US transfers to take place between Neteller accounts. So, the following can happen.
Day 1 sportsbook A has nill balance in its neteller account, player X requests a WD it cant be done.
Day 2 sportsbook A receives a deposit of $1000 from player y from player y's neteller account.
Day 3 Player Z requests Neteller Wd of $1000 from Sportsbook A , payment is processed as the moneey is in the sportsbooks neteller account.
Day 4 Player X reads on a forum that player Z has been paid he gets really stressed and starts calling Neteller scum.

This IS what is happening. All $US payments are currently frozen. Not as a result of Neteller choosing that this should be the case, but , because the banks will not make or receive $US payments from Neteller
