3) Look for an e-gold exchanger to convert your cash into e-gold
a list of exchangers can be found here
4) Compare which gives the best rates
5) Transact. Convert real-world money into digital currency
6) E-gold is now in your account and ready to use.

Please note that e-gold can be readily converted to Web$ too.
