Default Are you seeing/hearing about subtle changes with CRIS?

I'm not just talking about the fact that they now track pennies in account balances.

I've seen 2 reports from people who were restricted to well below the published limits last week. As far as I know they're just line shoppers betting full games, not steamchasers.

One reports being restricted to $1000 on all NBA moneylines. My account is still accepting up to the published 3K House Limit.

Then there was another report of being limited to 2K on the no/CHI total on Sunday. I was able to bet the House Limit of 5K.

Other than that I am seeing a marked increase in bets that are being rejected at the confirmation stage and the line being moved. I must have had 7 of those just in the last 2 nights.

It is uncharacteristic of CRIS.

Maybe it's nothing but I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen/heard anything like this.

I bet a lot of college bb 2nd half and it seems like at least 50% of the bets are cut off at CRIS with a new line and never in my favor.

I play more at DSI myself, and I did notice that my college hoops totals limits were cut to only a dime. However, my NBA limits are still 5K sides and 3K totals.

Cris is not an old school book anymore, more of a new generation type book.

I know they upgraded a while back, but their software is from the Stone Age.

What has changed is that they now pay out even slower than before. Amazing.

I am sick and tired of all their payment processor bullshit. How come they can't pay European players in a timely manner through NETeller?

Mudcat - only time lines change for me at CRIS is if you are placing bets right at the close. If you are trying to get in late they are moving lines to balance bets. I would say majority of line changes move in my favor not the other way around so I don't complain. Also they seem to move juice more than number but thats just my .02

Pags - I placed a $10 parley test bet last night and it paid out $26.45 and it did put the cents in my account.

No.

I guess the reason it surprises me that CRIS is slapping limits on people (other than steamchasers) is that I feel like, if anyone should be restricted, it's me. I am up a lot of $$$ there lifetime and it should be pretty clear to anyone looking at my history that I am an advantage player.

The way things seem to be going, maybe I should expect it any day now.

As for having lines changed in your favor, I have seen that in spots in the past, but lately it has all been against me. I certainly understand how that is much more likely to happen on last-minute bets but I'm just talking about following the same betting patterns I always do and getting a big increase in rejections all of a sudden. It really feels like things are going smaller time.

Other than Pinnacle, Cris was always the second best about speed in handling payouts.

Huh???? A book that doesn't pay out on weekends can never be second best regarding payout speed. And they aren't even fast during the week. Mansion and Pinnacle are both way faster.
