Ok..it's been a week, and their two weeks is up next Tuesday. Does anyone out there think any of us get paid within the next week? I really don't think we will. Matchbook is also down today. When this Neteller mess first began last Tuesday, it was claimed that EFTs would be processed within two weeks.

they closed my account for some "investigation" this morning. No number to call, have to wait for their lightning fast email response service. I guess they will reopen my account till Christmass.
I really wish Moneybookers did not have such silly limits...

Do not count on them doing EFT in the next 2 weeks or 2 years. I would request the ATM card immediately and start taking it out that way, before that is shut down, too.

I am confident they are doing everything in their power to EFT everyone's money. However, if there isn't a way then there isn't a way.

Hell, it is already half a day and they still have not responded to my email. And my funds are stuck there...

They don't respond to email...Try the VIP Phone #. The message says long wait, but I've had someone on the line within a minute every time. Also got my DC in the mail today. Called and cancelled my EFT no problem, Transferred $ to the DC and just took $400 out to test it. The fee's are freaking killer, but at this point I could really care less. It worked, and I'm going to take the rest out tomorrow and thursday before this whole thing goes belly up. What in the hell are they investigating in your account? Something is really wrong when you can take the funds out by DC, but not eft. GL to everyone dealing with them. I hope to end this nightmare in a couple of days, and then it's fedex time.

Guys the DC is the only way to go. Just put $900 in my bank and after 10:00 pm this eve, I'll be able to put another $1000 on my ATM card. You can only put $1000 per every 24 hours. The card came in 5 days, they cancelled my pending EFT right away, and today I have $900 in the bank. Fees suck, but when this all ends it still will be cheaper then a $38 fedex from WSEX or whatever they are charging. I would not trust the EFT thing for a second...something strange is going on when I can cash out using a DC meaning they have the $, but they can't process EFT's. Perhaps it's a DOJ/US banking problem? Either way Apply for a card today before they shut that down also.
