    Still waiting on a fed-ex from them.. becoming more and more convinced that it isnt coming

    I received payment from them for a very large amount.

    Did you ask them for a tracking number?

    Sometimes Fed Ex packages sit in the office, if the customer is not there during delivery.

    I did NOT have that much $$$ coming but have already received my mid 4 figure w/d. Had two bets pending which lost

    i received 50k from them pretty promptly.. still waiting on this.. several emails all get the same reply no matter what i type...

    Your recent Cashier’s Check withdrawal request has been processed by Pinnacle Sports and reported to our bank. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of transactions, our bank reports they are unable to process the checks in their normal timeframe.

    I asked for a check last Monday (the 15th). I haven't heard anything yet, so I emailed today and asked if it was on its way. I got exactly the same email back, saying it is being processed by their bank. My dollar amount is far smaller, and wouldn't cause me to start sleeping in my car if I never got it back, so I'm far less worried. I understand they are probably busy, but a week does seem quite long.

    If I hear/see "we really feel for you" one more time from CSR live chat or e-mail, I'll scream. "We thank you for your patience." Who said I have patience?
